DevinBooker's first signature basketball shoe, NikeBOOK1, was unveiled by DevinBooker wearing the NikeBook1 "Cool Grey". Devin Booker provided the design team with multiple classic shoe styles including Nike Air Force 1, Nike Blazer, and Air Jordan 1 as design starting points. The design inspiration for Nike Book 1 also came from an antique car he restored: a 72 year blue Chevrolet Blazer K5 nicknamed "Uncle Larry", which was converted into a low slung sports car by Devin Booker. Devin Booker stated that this car is equipped with an LS engine, which means the original engine has been replaced with a modern high-performance motor, while also retaining the retro appearance of the car, which is consistent with the feeling given by the Nike Book 1. Under the classic retro appearance, the interior is filled with modern technology. The workwear style canvas and twill fabric used in Nike Book 1 give the shoe body stronger durability. The suede leather and genuine leather material that runs through the forefoot not only strengthen the upper, but also provide the wearer with a comfortable and familiar foot feel that does not require adaptation. The inspiration for the heel pull ring comes from the spine of the book, and the embroidery of the words "Chapter One" represents the ongoing chapter, indicating that Devin Booker's story is still ongoing
